Returns & Exchanges

At NIC+ZOE, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging with tags attached, apply the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse; refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
